Cozy Harbor Seafood started in 1980, when John Norton, a lobsterman, decided the old way wasn’t working anymore. Back then, Maine lobstermen drove their catch down to Boston (some still do) and waited for it to be auctioned, processed and shipped. That didn’t make much sense to John. Why not process it here? Faster is fresher.
