Roland Jacques
Plant/Production Manager
Roland has been the Cozy Harbor Plant Manager since 2004. He is responsible for production, sanitation, maintenance, and the 24/7 operation of the warehouse and its 200+ employees.
He was born and raised in Topsham, Maine where he attended the local schools and then studied Liberal Arts and Education at the University of Southern Maine.
Roland has spent thirteen years with L’Oreal USA as the Senior Manager of Distribution Logistics in Monmouth Jct. New Jersey. His favorite spot is “State O Maine”. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends indoors or outdoors, especially his 15 year old daughter and student athlete, Emily, and wife Heidi of twenty-five years.
